Compliance behavior: STOP, HELP, and quiet hours

These guardrails are always on. They are not settings, because turning them off is how businesses get fined.

STOP

Any recipient texting STOP (or the standard variants) is opted out instantly and platform-wide. They get one confirmation text, then nothing, ever, until they text START. Your dashboard shows the opt-out; sends to that number are suppressed silently so your automations do not error.

HELP

HELP gets an automatic reply identifying your business name and our contact address, as carrier rules require. You set the business name once during registration.

Quiet hours

Non-urgent notifications queue between 9pm and 8am in the recipient's local time zone (by area code) and send in the morning. Events you mark time-critical (staff alerts, security notices) send immediately.

Opt-in language

Pre-written consent text for your forms ships in your account (Settings → Opt-in text). Use it or write your own — but a checked-by-default box is not consent, and we will say so at every opportunity.

Common questions

Can I turn quiet hours off?

Per-event, by marking the event time-critical. Globally, no — that switch only exists to be regretted.
