What we collect
- Account data — your email, business details, and billing records (payment cards are held by our payment processor, not us).
- Registration data — the business information carriers legally require for 10DLC registration.
- Message data — recipients, content, and delivery status of notifications you send, retained to operate the service, honor opt-outs, and meet carrier audit requirements.
What we never do
- Sell or rent your data or your customers' phone numbers.
- Use your recipients for anything except delivering your notifications.
- Send marketing to your customers.
Opt-outs
STOP requests are recorded and enforced permanently across the platform, as carrier rules require.

To export or delete your data, contact us. Deletion is subject to carrier record-retention requirements for consent and opt-out logs.
