Refund Policy
Simple rule: if we have not put your number live yet, you get everything back.
Before activation
Cancel any time before your carrier registration completes and your number goes live: full refund, including the activation fee.
After activation
Registration has real one-time carrier costs we cannot recover, so the $25 activation fee (where charged) is non-refundable once your number is live. Remaining full months of an annual term are refunded pro-rata on cancellation; the current month is not, since service is prepaid.
Downgrades
Downgrades take effect at renewal. We do not refund the difference mid-term, and unused quota follows the normal one-month rollover rule.
