Terms of Service
The short version: prepaid service, one license per site, hard quota stops, no surprise charges. The binding version follows.
The service
Easy Text Notifications provides SMS notification delivery for your website under a per-site license. One license covers one website, one brand, and one dedicated number, matching carrier (10DLC) registration requirements.
Billing
Service is prepaid monthly or annually. Monthly billing carries a one-time $25 activation fee; annual billing does not. Upgrades are instant and pro-rated; downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Unused message quota rolls over one month, capped at one month's quota. If a renewal payment fails, sending pauses at the end of the paid period — we do not bill for delivered messages after the fact.
Quotas
When your monthly quota is exhausted, sending stops until you upgrade or the period renews. This is a hard stop by design; there are no overage charges.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend sending for violations of the Acceptable Use Policy or carrier compliance requirements. Campaigns dormant for 90+ days may be parked after email warnings to avoid carrier non-use penalties; reactivation is free.
Liability
The service is provided as-is; our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim. SMS is a best-effort medium — where delivery fails, our email fallback is the remedy we offer.
