Text notifications for any website — one snippet
Every directory competitor is WordPress-locked. Our snippet works anywhere a script tag does — which is most of the internet.
One tag, any platform
Paste one <script> tag into your site's custom-code slot and your website can text: order alerts, lead alerts from any HTML form, booking reminders, staff alerts. No plugin ecosystem, no build step, nothing to keep updated — the snippet is a few KB, loads async, and touches nothing else on your page.
Sending happens on our servers with your dedicated local number, carrier registration we file for you, and STOP/HELP compliance handled. No Twilio account, ever.
How it works
- Paste the snippet into your platform's code-injection slot (exact locations below).
- Tag what should text. Add
data-etn="lead"to a form and submissions text your phone.data-etn="booking"schedules day-before reminders. Order events fire from your checkout or a webhook. - Pick templates in the dashboard — pre-written, one segment each.
The snippet docs have copy-paste examples for every pattern.
Platform guides
Where the code slot lives and what to watch for, per platform:
- Squarespace — Code Injection, plus the form-block quirk.
- Wix — Custom Code, and how this differs from Wix Automations.
- Shopify — theme snippet or order webhook, and when a Shopify SMS app is honestly the better buy.
- Webflow — Project Settings footer code, works with native Webflow forms.
On WordPress? Use the plugin instead — same account, less wiring.
What your site can send
The same four jobs as everywhere else: order alerts, form-lead alerts, booking reminders, and staff alerts. Replies forward to your email; failed texts fall back to email automatically.
Not locked to this website either
Your number, templates, and history live in your account, not in the snippet. Rebuild the site, switch platforms, or move to WordPress — paste the snippet (or install the plugin) on the new site and nothing changes for your customers.
Common questions
Does the snippet need a developer?
If you can paste a Google Analytics tag, you can paste this. Platform-specific walkthroughs are in the docs and the platform guides above.
Will it slow my site down?
No. It is a few KB, loads async, and sending happens on our servers — your pages just report that an event happened.
Do I need my own Twilio account?
No. The sending layer — number, carrier registration, compliance — is included in every plan.
What about opt-in for my customers?
Pre-written consent text for your forms ships with every plan, and STOP/HELP and quiet hours are enforced automatically. See how compliance works.
My platform is not listed — will it work?
If you can add custom HTML or a script tag, yes. The platform guides cover the big four; the snippet itself is identical everywhere.
