Acceptable Use Policy

This is a notifications utility. Use it to notify people who asked to be notified, and we will never have a problem.

Allowed

Transactional and relationship notifications to recipients who have consented: order updates, form-lead alerts to your own staff, booking confirmations and reminders, account and service alerts.

Not allowed

Marketing blasts, cold outreach, or purchased lists — this is not a campaign platform, and carriers will filter it anyway.
Content prohibited by carrier rules (SHAFT: sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco; plus loans, gambling, and similar restricted categories without proper vetting).
Sending to recipients who have not consented or have opted out.

Enforcement

Violations get a warning where practical and an immediate suspension where required — carrier compliance obligations leave us no discretion on some of this. Suspended service for AUP violations is not refunded.
