- $25 one-time activation on monthly billing — the real carrier registration cost, passed through once. Waived entirely on annual.
- Unused texts roll over one month, capped at one month's quota. They don't vanish at midnight on renewal day.
- Hit your quota? Sending stops — a hard stop with a one-click upgrade prompt. No overage bill, ever. (It also means a runaway form or bot can't drain your wallet.)
- Upgrades are instant and pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
- Always prepaid. If a payment fails, sending pauses at the end of the period you already paid for — we never chase you for texts already delivered.
- Replies are free. A text counts as one outbound SMS segment (160 characters). Customer replies cost you nothing and are forwarded to your email.
