WordPress plugin setup
Install to first text in three short steps — the only wait is carrier registration, which we file for you.
1. Install and activate
Upload the plugin zip from your account page (Licenses → Download), or install from the dashboard once it is listed in the directory. Activate it.
2. Paste your license key
Settings → Text Notifications → paste the key from your license page. Keys look like ETN-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. The plugin verifies it and walks you into the one-time business form (that form is your carrier registration — we file it).
3. Hook your events
Tick the events you want texts for:
- WooCommerce — order placed / completed / refunded.
- Forms — Gravity Forms, WPForms, Contact Form 7 submissions.
- Staff alerts — route any of the above to staff numbers instead of (or as well as) the customer.
Pick a template from the library or write your own. Sending goes live automatically when your number clears registration — you get an email.
Common questions
The plugin says "waiting for carrier registration" — is something wrong?
No. That is the normal 1–3 business day carrier wait. Your plan does not start counting until the number is live.
Can I use one license on two sites?
No — one license is one site, one brand, one number. That mirrors how carrier registration legally works. Agencies: see license packs.
