Activation fees are waived in packs. The ladder stops at 30% — we publish our floor instead of inventing a "call us" tier.
How the clock works
Shelf licenses cost you nothing until you use them: the 12-month term starts at activation, not purchase. Packs must be fully activated within 18 months. One license = one client site = one brand and number — which is exactly how carrier registration works, so there is nothing to fudge.
White-label at 10+
From the 10-pack up, run it under your brand: your name on the plugin, the texts, and the client emails. White-label details. Transferring a license to a different client is $25 — an honest pass-through of the ~$19 re-registration cost.
Common questions
Can I mark up the price to my clients?
Yes. Most agencies bundle notifications into a care plan at 3–5× the license cost. What you charge is your business.
What if a client leaves?
Transfer the license to a new client for $25, or let it lapse at renewal. Unactivated shelf licenses keep their discount until the 18-month activation window closes.
