SMS notifications for Webflow
Webflow forms email you and write to a submissions table. Neither gets you off the couch. A text does.
Where the snippet goes
Site Settings → Custom Code → Footer Code, then publish. (Custom code needs any paid Webflow site plan.) The snippet plays fine with Webflow's own form handling — your submissions still land in Webflow; the text is additive, not a replacement.
Native Webflow forms, tagged
Add data-etn="lead" to a Webflow form (an embed or a custom attribute in the designer) and every submission texts your phone with name, number, and message — the whole speed-to-lead play in one attribute. Date fields turn a form into booking reminders.
For client sites
Webflow is agency country. If you build client sites, each client gets their own number and registration — one license per brand — and our agency program covers license packs, white-label, and margin so texting becomes a line item you resell.
Common questions
Does it work with Webflow Logic or Make/Zapier flows?
Yes — anything that can hit a URL can trigger a text via the API endpoint in the docs, but for plain form alerts the attribute is all you need.
Will it affect my site's performance score?
No meaningful change — a few KB, async, no render-blocking, nothing visual.
Can my client reply to the texts?
Replies forward to whatever email you choose — the client's inbox, not yours, if you set it that way.
Ready when you are.
Footer code, publish, done. Agencies: ask about license packs.
Add texting to WebflowFive-minute setup. We handle the carrier paperwork.
